In order to make a purchase on our Web site, customers must create a Customer Profile. A Customer Profile enables you to shop online, check your current order and review your previous purchases. Your e-mail address is required in order to send order confirmations, as well as confirmation of any changes you make to your Customer Profile in the future. By creating a Customer Profile and making a purchase on our Web site you agree to our Privacy Policy which can be viewed by clicking on Privacy Policy in the Help box located in the bottom left-hand corner.
If you do not want to create a Customer Profile or you do not have an e-mail address, please feel free to order by phone by calling (216) 391.3000 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday.
Guarantee
We guarantee all of our products against defects of craftsmanship. If you have purchased a product and have used it in the manner it was intended and it becomes defective, we will happily replace the product or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Please call our Customer Service Center for details.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. The security of your personal information is important to us. All personal information is secured using 128bit SSL encryption. You can view our security certificate by clicking on the padlock icon in the bottom right-hand corner. We do not sell or distribute your private information in any way except as necessary to process your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
We also accept checks and purchase orders. Orders will be processed as soon as the check or money order clears the bank.
If we encounter any problems while processing your order, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping
At this time, we use UPS to ship all orders. You may choose from UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 day selectSM. Your shipping charges are based on the type of delivery you choose, your address and the package total weight. Your shipping charges will be what UPS will charge plus a small handling fee per order. If necessary, items may be packaged separately. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, so please provide a physical shipping address.
We make every effort to ship orders quickly and in most cases orders received before 12 noon EST Monday thru Friday will be shipped that day. Orders received after 12 noon EST Monday thru Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday (except for holidays.)
Unfortunately, we are unable to process international orders at this time; we apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) of any unused item within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be accompanied by a receipt and RMA#. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly exchange your product for a product of equal or lesser value. Please call our Customer Service Center for details and instructions on how to return or exchange your purchase. 216.391.3000.
